This Player Policy sets the standards of behavior, integrity, safety, and professionalism expected of all Apex Launch League (ALL) participants. By registering, competing, or signing, the Player confirms they understand and agree to comply with this policy as a mandatory condition of entry and participation.
- All players selected, registered, or entered into any ALL-sanctioned event (including reserves and tour cardholders).
- All sanctioned activities: practice rounds, official rounds, tournament ceremonies, sponsor activations, media commitments, travel days where the player is officially representing the league, and any official social functions.
- All venues, hotels, and accommodations utilized or partnered with for the event.
- Represent the Apex Launch League, the host venue, and league sponsors with high professional standards.
- Treat staff, volunteers, rules officials, media personnel, and fellow competitors with utmost respect.
- Protect the reputation of hybrid alt golf and the league.
- Prioritize safety, integrity, and fair play above all else.
Player Conduct & Behavior Expectations
Respect, sportsmanship, property, and public communications.
Alcohol, Drugs, and Prohibited Substances
Alcohol limits, zero-tolerance drug policy, testing, and consequences.
Integrity, Safety, Operations, and Disciplinary Policy
Anti-doping, safety and welfare, gambling and match integrity, sponsor and media duties, attire, reporting, and sanctions.
Event Operations and Liability
Schedule changes, cancellations, and release of liability.
Touring Scope, Regional Operations, and International Expansion
Obligations that apply as the tour expands into new markets.
Data Protection and Media Consent
What personal data the league handles, and media rights.
Withdrawals, Medical Exits, Rankings Impacts
Pre-tournament and in-play withdrawal categories and their ranking effects.
Acceptance and Signature
By registering and participating in Apex Launch League events, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Player Code of Conduct and Participation Policy as a binding condition of entry.
